Carrier and customer connectivity
SIP domains and endpoints, IP- or credential-authenticated client trunks, provider accounts, DID inventory, and inbound/outbound routes with caller-ID rewrite and carrier failover.
Browser calling over WebRTC
SIP over secure WebSocket with short-lived browser credentials — never a permanent SIP password in the browser — plus coturn STUN/TURN and a browser-facing voice SDK.
Voice AI, over SIP or WebSocket
Reach a Voice AI platform through the same routing machinery as a carrier, or stream audio bidirectionally over a dedicated media-connector service. Mid-call transfer hands a qualified lead to a human ACD queue with structured context.
Deterministic routing you can audit
One decision engine scoring time, region, cost, quality and capability with per-tenant priority; append-only route versions with rollback, and simulation that runs the exact engine a live call uses.
Enterprise foundations
Row-level-security tenant isolation, encrypted provider secrets, recording to object storage with integrity checks, an immutable ledger as the financial source of truth, and HMAC-signed webhooks.
